Employers seek graduates who can combine business knowledge with practical, on-the-ground experience. This programme is built to deliver exactly that.

1. Hospitality & Event Management

Graduates of the Hospitality & Event Management programme are well prepared for careers across the international and regional hospitality and service industries, including:

  • Luxury hotels and resorts (operations, guest services, front office, food & beverage, and management track roles)
  • Event management and MICE organizations (meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions, weddings, and mega-events)
  • Airlines and aviation services (cabin services, ground operations, customer experience, inflight services coordination)
  • Food service and catering operations, including fine dining, restaurant management, and contract catering
  • Travel and tourism service providers, including destination management companies (DMCs) and corporate travel services
  • Entrepreneurial opportunities, such as boutique hotels, event planning firms, catering businesses, and hospitality startups
  • Graduates may pursue careers locally, regionally, or internationally, reflecting the global nature of the hospitality and events industry.

 

2. Sustainable Tourism & Cultural Heritage Management

This programme prepares graduates for roles that balance tourism development with cultural preservation and sustainability, with strong local and global employability. Career opportunities include:

  • International and local tour operators specializing in sustainable,  and cultural tourism
  • Travel agencies and destination management organizations focusing on responsible tourism practices
  • Cultural heritage management and consultancy firms, working with historic sites, museums, and cultural landscapes worldwide
  • Governmental and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) involved in tourism policy, heritage conservation, and community development
  • International bodies and development agencies engaged in heritage protection and sustainable tourism planning
  • Community-based tourism enterprises and social entrepreneurship initiatives at the local and regional levels
  • Research and postgraduate study in tourism sustainability, heritage management, or cultural studies
