FEEE's Career Fair

The Faculty of Energy and Environmental Engineering at The British University in Egypt experienced an extraordinary day on 11th February 2024, as it had the honour of hosting Eng. Osama Kamal, the former Egyptian Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources. His visit not only marked a momentous occasion for the faculty but also opened incredible opportunities for faculty academic staff and students alike. Eng. Osama’s insights and experience undoubtedly enriched the academic atmosphere, providing a unique perspective on the intersection of engineering, energy, and environmental concerns.

One of the highlights of the day was the presence of Smart Energy Solutions (SES) Egypt, a leading Egyptian company specialising in energy management and automation solutions, under the guidance of his excellency, to conduct interviews with the faculty graduates and the final year students to appoint them in the company and to provide many other opportunities for job training. The partnership with SES not only served as a bridge between academia and industry but also demonstrated the faculty’s commitment to nurturing its students’ growth by connecting them with real-world experiences.

The event was a testament to the excellence of the faculty’s students, showcasing their skills and potential. The faculty takes immense pride in its students and looks forward to the promising future that lies ahead, filled with exciting prospects and opportunities for continued collaboration with industry leaders.
