Legal Affairs

Legal Affairs provides administration with compelling and legitimate advice on commercial issues and company strategies. They also select and manage the work of external advisors, as well as draft and edit complex commercial agreements. Additionally, they ensure that our institution operates in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and prepare ready briefs, complaints, motions, and other court documents. Other tasks may include advising the human resources department on business law, labor, and benefits issues, as well as drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements, such as joint venture agreements, government contracts, sales contracts, and case supports.
