Behind the Cut: A Post-Production Workshop for Film and Media Studies Students
The Faculty of Communication & Mass Media organised a workshop for Film and Media Studies students led by a guest speaker specializing in film editing, providing an enriching learning experience centered on the craft of post-production. The session offered students valuable insights into the artistic and technical aspects of editing, from narrative construction and pacing to workflow strategies and industry-standard practices. Through practical examples and professional guidance, the workshop helped students gain a clearer understanding of the editor’s role in shaping a film’s final vision and the skills required to succeed in the evolving post-production landscape.
