Faculty of Nursing Launches Eye Examination Campaign in Collaboration with Orchidia Pharmaceuticals
Promoting Preventive Eye Health and Wellness for Over 400 Members of the University Community
The Community Health Nursing Department at The British University in Egypt, in collaboration with Orchidia Pharmaceuticals and under the patronage of Professor Maha Adel, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, and Prof. Doaa Yacout, head of the community health nursing department, successfully conducted the Eye Examination Campaign on Wednesday, April 16, 2025.
Held at Building 20, the event achieved its objectives by promoting eye health awareness and delivering free, high-quality eye care services and multivitamins tests.
Over 400 members of the university community, including academic staff, students, administrative personnel, and workers, benefited from comprehensive eye examinations, complimentary samples of eye drops and multivitamins, and special discounts on prescribed medications. The campaign was a significant step in advancing preventive health initiatives within the university.
