The Pharmacy Student Union, in collaboration with the Arts & Humanities Student Union at The British University in Egypt, organised an event titled “Where to Go?”

The event aimed to raise awareness about mental health and clarify the distinction between psychologists and life coaches, helping individuals determine the appropriate source of support for challenges such as depression, sadness, self-reliance issues, and loneliness.

Guest speakers included Ms Hagar Moharam, Life Coach, and Dr Sherine Kassem, Psychotherapist, who provided valuable insights into their respective roles and approaches to mental well-being.

Such initiatives enrich students’ experiences, fostering a deeper commitment to mental health awareness and broadening their understanding of available support systems.
