The programme aims to instill in graduates the awareness and skills to allow them to maintain ongoing personal and professional growth and to make effective use of practice-based research to improve care and to respond to developments in health care. BUE graduates will have the skills, knowledge and attributes to assume responsibility for the improvement of the health of the people, the development of nursing as a profession, and the sustainable development of their country.
