CFA BUE Team Secure Second Place

In a remarkable achievement, CFA BUE Team has secured second place in the local CFA Research Challenge. Such accomplishment comes after facing stiff competition from 25 universities across Egypt. The CFA Institute Research Challenge is a global competition that offers university students a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in financial analysis and professional ethics through an intensive training programme. Participants receive mentoring from industry experts, honing their skills and knowledge in the field.

The British University in Egypt would like to extend its appreciation to the exceptional members of the CFA BUE Team: Ayat Mansury, Nouran Moustafa, Salma Tawfik, Hossam Eldin Arafat, and Nadheer Ghattas. Their dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment have brought pride to our University.

Our CFA Team and Honour level students professionally submitted an Equity Research Report about Taaleem Company.
The Team was given great support from their Faculty Advisor - Dr Rania Salem and all the Finance Professors, Dr Mohamed Rashwan - Head of the Business Department, Dr Dalia Elmosalamy - Head of Finance Specialism, Dr  Rania Pasha - Business Programme Director and Dr Gina Eltabie. Their expertise and mentorship played a pivotal role in the team's success.

Furthermore, our University acknowledges the invaluable contributions of Mr Adham El Sharkawy, President of the BUE CFA Ambassadors, Ms Nada Hashim, Vice-President and Industry Mentor, and Mr Mohanad Motaz, Vice-President and CFA volunteer. Their efforts and commitment to the team's development have been instrumental in achieving such success.
The CFA BUE Team's accomplishments do not end here; They will now represent The British University in Egypt in the upcoming EMEA Regional CFA Research Challenge, where they will compete against other top-performing teams from the region.
The British University in Egypt takes great pride in the accomplishments of its students and remains committed to providing a nurturing environment that fosters excellence in education and research.
