Highlighting Nursing Excellence on Innovation and Challenges in Oncology Care

Faculty of Nursing Participates in the Arab African International Cancer Congress (AAICC) 2025

The Faculty of Nursing at The British University in Egypt, proudly participated in the Arab African International Cancer Congress (AAICC), held on 25–26 September 2025 at the InterContinental Citystars Hotel, Cairo.

Marking its third consecutive year of participation, the Faculty of Nursing contributed significantly to the scientific programme under the theme:
“Innovation and Challenges in Oncology Nursing: African–Arab Perspectives.”

Through a series of talks presented by faculty members from various nursing specialities, BUE Nursing showcased its commitment to advancing oncology nursing practice, addressing regional challenges, and promoting innovative approaches to patient care.

The sessions emphasised the critical role of oncology nurses in improving patient outcomes, enhancing quality of life, and supporting families throughout the cancer care journey. Faculty participation not only enriched the congress but also highlighted BUE’s role in fostering knowledge exchange and professional development within the Arab–African region.

The successful participation of BUE Nursing reflects its ongoing mission to empower future nurses, contribute to global oncology discourse, and strengthen its presence in leading international scientific forums.
