The 4th International Conference on Electronic Engineering and Signal Processing (EESP 2023) shall be convened in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt, between November 21 and 23, 2023. This distinguished event is sponsored by the British University in Egypt (BUE) and King Salman International University (KSIU). Signal Processing, a broad and burgeoning field, is concerned with the manipulation and analysis of both analog and digital signals. For instance, a prevalent application of analog and digital processing involves the filtration of electrical signals to eliminate undesirable noise or to segregate one signal from another. Signal processing encompasses the mathematical foundations of the discipline, as well as the design and scrutiny of the requisite devices for executing said processing. Abiding by preventive measures to contain COVID-19, the 1st ESSP 2020, 2nd EESP 2021, and 3rd ESSP 2022 International Conferences on Electronic Engineering and Signal Processing were transformed into virtual gatherings, relinquishing their physical manifestation.

EESP 2023 aspires to furnish a platform for researchers, practitioners, and professionals hailing from the industry, academia, and government sectors to engage in discussions concerning research and development, as well as the professional practice, of electronic engineering and signal processing.
