The Political Science Department at The British University in Egypt had the honour of hosting Professor Juozas Augutis, Rector of Vytautas Magnus University, and Professor Sarunas Liekis, Dean of the Faculty of Political Science and Diplomacy to deliver a guest lecture on Transformations in Global Politics.

This significant event unfolded in the Simulation Hall on April 2nd, with distinguished guests and key faculty members in attendance, including Professor Wadouda Badran, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration, Economics, and Political Science, and Professor Amany Khodair, Head of the Department of Political Science.

During the gathering, undergraduate researchers seized the opportunity to present their research papers, engaging in discussions covering a diverse array of topics such as the impact of climate change, self-determination and intersectional feminism.

Professor Sarunas Liekis commended the students for their exceptional academic research efforts, expressing gratitude for their dedication.
