"Latin American Constitutionalism Between Universality and Cultural Particularity"

The Department of Political Science, in the Faculty of Business Administration, Economics and Political Sciences (BAEPS), was privileged and honoured to host H E Dr Landa Arroyo, former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Peru, on campus to give a profoundly insightful session on "Latin American Constitutionalism Between Universality and Cultural Particularity" to the Department’s faculty and students.
Throughout this session, Dr Arroyo tackled international relations and diplomacy and shared truly valuable insights about the historical context and divergent perspectives that influence Latin American constitutionalism.
It has been our University’s pleasure that the session was attended by H.E. Ambassador José Betancourt Rivera, Ambassador of the Republic of Peru to Egypt, Mr Eduardo Palacios Rangel, Deputy Head of Mission, Mr Giancarlo Pedraza, Head of the Consular Section, and Mr George Yacoub, Head of Public Relations.
The event was held under the auspices of the Dean of BAEPS, Professor Wadouda Badran and organized by Professor Amany Khodair, Head of the Political Science Department.
