Computer Lab Assistant
Job Purpose
Lab Technician is responsible for undertaking a variety of laboratory procedures of technical nature regarding systems and equipment’s under close supervision and guidance and based on strict procedures to complete tasks designed.
Job Responsibilities
- Undertake specific day-to-day tasks including maintenance / testing / replacement of equipment / changing ports / circuits.
- Stay aware of procedural changes to maintain knowledge levels required.
- Update and report to direct manager on parameters / technical information.
- Maintain a log of all activities undertaken.
- Keep equipment’s in good condition, ensuring it is maintained in line with procedures and safety standards.
- Undertake various related duties as assigned.
- Recognizing complications or issues and applying appropriate scientific methods to identify causes and solve problems.
- Support in the Labs by assisting instructors and monitoring the facilities.
- Ensure adherence to established HSE procedures and policies.
- Provide technical support for experimental equipment including troubleshooting.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
Experience
- 1+ experience in similar position.
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Office applications.
- Internet Tools and various browsers.
