The Faculty of Business Administration, Economics and Political Science (BAEPS) at The British University in Egypt is delighted to host the Annual Conference of Business, Economics and Politics in the Middle East on 21 October 2023.
Theme: Digitalization, Governance, and Sustainability
The Middle East region is a “hotspot” where the effects of security-related issues, migration, refugee movements, and climate change are more pronounced than in many other regions of the world, with significant implications for both global and national political systems, as well as business and economic environments. At the same time, the region presents both challenges and opportunities in governance, sustainability, and digitalisation.
The aim of this annual conference is to sustain and advance the study of the region while encouraging interdisciplinary perspectives across business, economics, political science, and sociology.
