Dr. Nessren Mohamed Farrag

Dr. Nessren Farrag earned her B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering in 2012 from Cairo University with grade excellent with distinction and honors. She joined the British University in Egypt (BUE) as a teaching assistant in the Faculty of Engineering in the Chemical Engineering Department. She was awarded the master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Cairo University and hence appointed as an assistant lecturer in the Chemical Engineering Department. Dr. Nessren graduated with her Ph.D. in 2019 from Cairo University. During her presence at the BUE, she was assigned several developmental tasks include; Chemical engineering lab coordinator and Member of the Health and Safety Committee. Dr. Nessren Farrag has published several research contributions to international journals, proceedings and international conferences.  

Education

Dr. Nessren graduated with her B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering in 2012 from Cairo University, followed by M.Sc. in 2015 from the same school in Biofuel production and Parameter Optimization. She graduated with her Ph.D. in 2019 in Process Integration.

  • BIOMASS CONVERSION; SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT; RENEWABLE ENERGY; BIOFUEL PRODUCTION; PROCESS SIMULATION AND MODELING; MASS-EXCHANGE NETWORKS; NANO-TECHNOLOGY.
