Ms. Dalya Bakry is an Assistant Lecturer at our department. Ms. Bakry graduated from our department in 2017 with First Class honour and was awarded the Top Student Award. She has taught Introduction to Economics, Macroeconomics, Current and Future Economic Issues and Financial Economics. She was awarded the Excellence Scholarship by the University of Milan and earned her Master’s degree in Finance and Economics from the same university with Distinction in 2020. Her Masters dissertation was about the “Impact of Uncertainty on the Monetary Policy Transmission Channel”. Her research interests are Monetary Policy, Financial Economics, Fintech, Environmental and Energy Economics.
