Dr. Ghada H. El-Nowihy earned her B.Sc. in Chemistry from Ain Shams University in 2010. In 2012, she joined the Chemical Engineering Department in the British University in Egypt (BUE) as a Chemist. In 2015, she received her M.Sc. degree from Ain Shams University entitled “Fabrication and Characterization of Efficient Nanostrucutred Modified Electrodes for Fuel Cell Applications” and was promoted to an Assistant Lecturer in the BUE. In 2018, Dr. Ghada received her Ph.D. from Ain Shams University entitled “Development of Metal/Metal Oxide Nanostructures-Based Anodes for the Electro-Oxidation of Ethylene Glycol for Fuel Cell Applications”. Since 2018, she holds the position of a full-time Assistant Professor in the Chemical Engineering Department in the BUE. She had the honor to get The Best Post-Graduate M.Sc. and PhD Theses Awards in 2015 and 2018 from the BUE. In 2019, Dr. Ghada received a three months Fulbright Junior Faculty Development Program (JFDP) scholarship from the University of Texas, Austin, US. She has several publications in prestigious international journals and participated in national and international conferences. She is an expert in the fields of energy conversion, electrocatalysis and nanostructured materials.
