 Responsibilities include:

  • The role holder is required to undertake high level administrative duties within the Faculty, usually with complex written communication required in terms of writing policies, procedures and contributing to strategic documents.

  • To liaise with other University offices in order to maximize the benefits of marketing opportunities.

  • To organize and manage marketing visits to schools and visits by schools to University campus.

Responsibilities include:

  • Receiving applicants and answering their inquiries.
  • Answering inquires related to admission process and the University’s programs via phones.

  • Responsible for both Faculties of Dentistry and Pharmacy students’ files as well as administrative faculties requests.

    Student Information System Coordinator, September 2008 till September 2011.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Responsible for the student information system, as administration, entering marks,
    • Producing Reports, registering the new students and their modules.
    • Dealing with all the queries from the Academic and the Administrative staff.
    • Holding training sessions for all the system users.
    • Dealing with Loughborough University, and all the requirement data transfer.

         Assessment and Quality Clerk, Quality and Validation, May 2007 till August 2008.

     Responsibilities Include:

    • Addressing student queries regarding transcripts, resolving their problems where possible.
    • Photocopying examination question papers under conditions of strict security,
    • Preparing examination packs.
    • Entering examination marks, Module and Program data on the database.

Academic Qualification:

2000 – 2004                Bachelor of Arts, Sociology, Ain Shams University

Languages:  (Speaking, reading & writing)

Arabic    : Mother tongue

English   : Very good

Computer Skills:

Proficient in Windows, office and SQL.

Proficient in Internet browsing.

Proficient in various database programs including CRM, SRS and Registrar.
