Dr. Aboelazm is a Senior Legal Expert and Policy Reformer and Development Specialist focused on civil service, public law, administrative law, constitutional law, political sciences, public contract, public procurement, public finance and administration, public financial management (PFM), fiscal decentralization and intergovernmental fiscal affairs, expenditure efficiency and budgeting, and tax policy and administration.

Education

Dr. Karem S. Aboelazm earned a Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from Faculty of Law, Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt in 2009. He also holds a master’s Public Law and Administrative Sciences (LLM) from Faculty of Law, Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt in 2011. He also holds Ph.D. degree in Law from Faculty of Law, Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt in 2019. He also holds Ph.D. degree in Public Administration, Faculty of Economic and Political Sciences, Cairo University, Giza, Egypt in 2019. Currently, Dr. Aboelazm is a Lecturer of Public Law in British University in Egypt, Faculty of Law, He teaches Administrative Law, Administrative Judiciary and Administrative Contracts.
