Every student is allocated to a personal adviser, a member of the academic staff. The adviser meets with the student on a regular basis, and works with him / her to monitor and evaluate his / her progress. The adviser’s job is to motivate students, to help them to identify any problems, to encourage students to find and apply solutions to any academic problems they may have, and to refer them to other appropriate support mechanisms if the problems are of a more personal nature. Advisor and student will agree development targets and deadlines together.
