1.  Academic Achievement Scholarship – For new students

a. Applicants who achieve outstanding grades in their secondary/high school certificate are eligible to apply for the following scholarship

2.   Scholarship for the Faculties of Arts & Humanities and Law 

a.    Students in the Faculties of Arts & Humanities and Law are eligible for a 20% special discount for the duration of their degree programme as long as they are in good standing (Pass).
b.    This scholarship is offered in addition to any other discount up to a maximum of 50%.

3.   Sports achievement scholarships: for all applicants and students

a.    Applicants with top sporting achievements are eligible to apply for the following sports scholarship.
b.    To apply for this scholarship relevant official sports certificates must be submitted.
c.    To continue to be eligible for the sports scholarship students must participate in all competitions with the relevant University team.

4.  Partner school scholarship

a.    Applicants from partner schools are entitled to a 20% scholarship for the Preparatory Year only.

b.    Applicants from partner schools to the Faculties of Dentistry & Pharmacy are entitled to a 5% scholarship as an extra scholarship in addition to any other scholarship they are eligible for in the Preparatory Year only.


5.   Sibling (brother or sister) scholarship

a.    If more than one sibling is enrolled each sibling is entitled to a 10% scholarship from the tuition fees.
b.    Students whose brother or sister graduated from the BUE are entitled to the same scholarship.

6.     Egyptian state university academic staff and research centers scholarship

 a.    Children of academic staff of Egyptian state universities or research centers are entitled to a 10% scholarship.     

  

7.     Deceased guardian scholarship

 a.    Students who suffer the death of their guardian while studying at BUE are entitled to apply for a 50% scholarship from the tuition fee annually.


8.    International certificates

a.    Applicants can apply for an additional 5% scholarship if they hold IGSCE, International Baccalaureate (IB), German Abitur or French Baccalaureate certificates.
