    Was born in 1936. He is Egyptian Diplomat since 1957, worked in Egyptian Embassy in Bern in Switzerland and was the Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations in New York, then the Egyptian Ambassador to India. After that he became the Permanent Representative of Egypt to the United Nations. In the 90’s he was the Minister of Foreign Affairs until he was elected as the Secretary-General of the Arab League for ten years. Hounrary President to El Wafd Party and has been an extremely popular political figure in Egypt, Arab Countries and internationally. In 2014 Moussa was the Chair of the Fiftieth Committee for the Egyptian Constitution that all Egyptians voted and agreed on.
