- Fields of Interest: As the complexity of problems increases in all practical fields of food and life science engineering, conventional techniques are reaching their limits. Thus, “provably good” methods have gained an extraordinary weight in using signal/image and machine learning approaches. My research concentrates on develop, analysis, and implementation of these provably good numerical methods. Throughout my studies, I have worked intensively in solving pattern recognition problems using the advances in Signal/Image Processing and Artificial Intelligence, as non-destructive monitoring and testing approaches. Most of these problems were applications of life science engineering, which added challenges in finding an adequate solution due to the unsteadiness of the detected patterns. All my developed algorithms have been built using MATLAB or C++ and transformed to microcontroller’s environmental language for producing handheld recognition device. I have been positively motivated to play as a joker by contributing in several research projects simultaneously, from those concentrate in direct signal/image processing implementations, to those demand artificial intelligence for patterns recognition and classification. The success of my research and project handling methodologies nominated my name to be included in Who’s Who in Science and Engineering (2011), Who’s Who in the World (2012), Who’s Who in The World, 32th edition, (2015). as well as obtaining Outstanding Researcher Certificate from TUM (2011).
