City Identity” Awards at the BUE.

The Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the British University grants the BUE winners 100 thousand pounds and certificates of appreciation.

The British University in Egypt and the Faculty of Communication and Mass Media recently awarded seven BUE students in the “City Identity” photography competition that was held in the University Auditorium, Tuesday 2nd of May 2017.

BUE students submitted 250 photos, in which the photos were judged by Mr. Amr Nabil Photojournalist at the Associated Press Agency, Professor Reda Abdel Salam Hanafy Photojournalist & former Photography Professor at the Faculty of Fine Arts, and Dr. Fatma Hamdy Head of Photography Department in the University.

The competition was attended and hosted by Mr.Farid Khamis the Chairman of the Board of trustees of the British University in Egypt, Professor Ahmed Hamad theBUE President, Professor Mohamed Shouman Dean of Faculty of Communication and many distinguished guests as Dr. Mohamed Badr, Luxor Governor, Professor Maha Bekit Minster of Plenipotentiary and Director of Intellectual Property Competitiveness Department Economic sector League of Arab state, Dr. Ashraf Zaky Actors Syndicate, Mr. Mosaad Foda, Mr. Samir Seif the famous director, Mr. Samir Frag the famous Photographer, and many other BUE staff members.
