  • Bio:

    Dr. . Sherine Fathy El-Fekey has a combination of academic and practical industrial experience. She worked for 13 years in multinational organizations such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Egyptian International Motors Co.–EIM, Zeinson Co. (Agent of International Pharmaceutical, Medical & Scientific Equipment companies) and Nutricia Co., Holland (Manufacturing Infant milk and cereals products) in the fields of auditing, marketing and human resource management. Dr. Sherine is also a certified trainer by the Egyptian Banking Institute (EBI) and she has eight years of training experience in eminent training centers such as the American university in Cairo (AUC) and the Egyptian Banking Institute (EBI). She is also a free lancer consultant & trainer who served national and international companies domestically and regionally such as: (a) reviewing Bahraini universities for the accreditation renewal of the National Authority for Qualifications & Quality Assurance of Education and Training, Kingdom of Bahrain; (b) Oriental Weavers, Oriental Petrochemicals Co. (OPC) and Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceuticals in Egypt.

    Human Resource Development, Learning Organisation, Sustainable Development, Empowerment, Entrepreneurship, and Education.

  • Projects Supervised:

    Supervised arround 35 undergraduate dissertations in the fileds of Management in general and Human Resource Development and Human Resource Management in particular. 

  • Modules:

    Through her nine years of teaching experience, Dr. Sherine has taught the following modules: Human Resource Development, Human Resource Management, Special Topics in Business, Research Methods, Personal Effectiveness, Organisational Behaviour, Organisation Theory and Design, Introduction to Management, and Introduction to Business.

  • Responsibilities:

    Dr. Sherine is one of the main cofounders of the BAEPS Faculty as she has joined the BUE since 1995. Dr. Sherine has held many teaching and administrative responsibilities in the faculty in general and in the Business department in particular. From 2006-2008, Dr. Sherine was the Validation Coordinator who designed the four-year Business Programme that was validated by both; the Supreme Council for Higher Education in Egypt and Loughborough University in England. She handeled many other tasks such as exams and teaching and learning. From 2008-2012 she was the Faculty Staff Development and HR Coordinator. Since 2012 till now, Dr. Sherine has been the Faculty HR Coordinator.

    Dr. Sherine is one of the delegates who visited our new British partner - London South Bank University in September 2014.
