Dr. Sahar is a new faculty staff in BUE. She has been working in the education filed since 2007 at Thebes Academy. She teaches Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Principles of Management, Behavioral Sciences, Marketing Management and International Management. She worked as Quality Assurance Principle for 5 years. She has been involved in the training and consulting filed for 15 year. She conducted several consulting assignments locally and regionally including assignments with Qatar Foundation, United Nations Development Fund for Women (UNIFEM), UNISEF and UNESCO.
