The HR Department aims to provide a quality HR service to attract,develop, motivate and retain multi-skilled diverse workforce within a supportive work environment. We do this with an emphasis on customer service based on consultation and a communication with the campus community and in partnership with line managers.

We develop and deliver innovative human resources programs and services designed to support the mission of the university. Our core services and competencies include recruitment and staffing, employee relations, organizational and employee development, compensation and benefits, payroll, HR information management, and legal affairs.
