| Being a non-profit institute, applicants are eligible for various scholarships according to their academic, sports and other achievements as shown below. |
| Scholarship Rules |
| - An applicant who qualifies for more than one scholarship will be awarded whichever scholarship is the highest, except for the Partner School Scholarship which is granted in addition to any other scholarship. The maximum tuition fee discount granted by scholarships is 65%. |
| - All scholarship discounts apply to the Tuition Fee only. |
| - Special 100% Scholarships are offered to qualified applicants. |
| - All scholarships are one year awards and are re-evaluated at the beginning of every academic year based on the student’s academic, sports and other achievements during the previous year. |

| Faculty of Informatics & Computer Science Special Scholarship |
| 40% for four years of study and for students already enrolled. |
| Academic Achievement Scholarship |
| Accepted applicants achieving top grades in Secondary/High school will be granted the following academic scholarships: |

| Sports Achievement Scholarship |
| Accepted applicants with top sports achievements will be granted the following sports scholarships: |
| - National Championship: 25% for First, Second and Third places. |
| - International Championship: 50% for First, Second and Third places. |
| Partner School Scholarship |
| Accepted applicants from Partner Schools will be granted a 15% scholarship for the preparatory/first year only. Please contact the Student Affairs Office for more information about secondary/high schools that have been designated by BUE as partner schools. |
| Vodafone Scholarship |
First degree relatives of Vodafone employees are eligible for a 15% scholarship.

| Sibling Scholarship |
| If more than one sibling is studying at BUE, each sibling will be granted a 10% scholarship as long as they are all registered and in good standing (pass). |
| BUE Staff Scholarship |
| Sons and daughters of BUE Staff will be granted a 25% scholarship as long as they are registered and in good standing (pass). |
| Egyptian State University Staff Scholarship |
| Sons and daughters of Academic Staff of Egyptian State Universities will be granted a 15% scholarship as long as they are registered and in good standing (pass). |
| Deceased Guardian Scholarship |
| Students who unfortunately suffer the death of their guardian while studying at BUE will be granted a 50% scholarship as long as the student is registered and in good standing (pass). |
| Continuing Student Academic Achievement Scholarship |
| Students must maintain a high academic performance each academic year in order to retain their Academic Achievement Scholarship as shown in the table below: |
